All the nuts together unite the benefits they contain. In what other plant product will you find such an amount of essential fatty acids, proteins, vitamins and trace elements?
Among all kinds of nuts, hazelnuts are one of the first places of honor. And not only because it is distributed almost all over the world, but primarily for its useful qualities.
In hazelnut per 100 grams contains 11-18 g of proteins, 40-50 g of fats and 3-5 g of carbohydrates, caloric content of 650-700 kcal. The mineral composition of the hazelnuts gives an impression: potassium, phosphorus, magnesium, calcium, selenium, iron. In terms of the mineral composition, hazelnuts are the champion among all nuts! It contains many vitamins: C, B1, B2, B3, B5, B6, B9, A (retinol), E, K. Hazelnut can be compared with a tablet of multivitamins only with the difference that everything is natural!
In our hazelnut garden “Hazelnut breeze”, near Cape Kaliakra under the light breeze of the Black Sea, we grow hazelnuts of three varieties: Roman, Tonda and Trebizond. The last grade, perhaps, the most common. It is mass grown in Turkey – the world leader in hazelnut production.
Needless to say, “Hazelnut breeze” is an environmentally friendly product. For the cultivation of hazelnuts, only the natural power of the Danube Plain, the energy of the sun and the life-giving moisture of the rain are used.
